Abstract
Emotional intelligence (EI) has emerged as a crucial factor in leadership effectiveness. This paper explores the relationship between emotional intelligence and various aspects of leadership, including decision-making, team dynamics, and organizational culture. A comprehensive review of the literature reveals that leaders with high emotional intelligence tend to foster better relationships with their teams, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success.
