Abstract
Cultural diversity in multinational corporations (MNCs) has become increasingly important in the context of globalization. This paper examines the influence of cultural diversity on team performance within MNCs, focusing on both the advantages and challenges that arise from a culturally heterogeneous workforce. By analyzing existing literature and incorporating case studies, this research aims to provide insights into how cultural diversity impacts team dynamics, creativity, decision-making, and overall performance. The findings suggest that while cultural diversity can enhance innovation and problem-solving, it may also lead to misunderstandings and conflict if not managed effectively. The paper concludes with recommendations for MNCs to leverage cultural diversity for improved team performance.
